Diverse Solutions first IDX vendor to integrate Dwellicious!

We’re happy to announce that Dwellicious now works with Diverse Solutions IDX sites. Until now, Dwellicious smart bookmarks were designed to work with the most popular large real estate portals.  We are constantly adding more sites, but since IDX sites commonly run under an agents own domain name, there were some tricky issues we had to work through.  We worked the last couple of weeks with our friends at Diverse Solutions to ensure a good, clean interface with Dwellicious.  Agents can now add a handy Dwellicious chiclet to their detailed listing views by selecting that option in their control panel.  Their clients will now be able to bookmark listings on their site, as well as other major search portals around the web.

Diverse Solutions has long produced some of the most innovative and cutting edge IDX sites on the web. We’re hoping that the addition of Dwellicious integration makes it even easier for agents and their clients to organize, share, and discuss their search for homes on the internet.

Dwellicious Pro Tips

One of our customers sent in a great tip for using Dwellicious Pro to generate new client leads.  What he does is include a link to his Dwellicious Pro signup page on both his website and his blog, with some messaging that says “I’ve got a great new FREE service to help you organize, share, and discuss the internet search for your next home.  Click on the Dwellicious logo below to sign up!”

The link and graphic you want to include can be found on your My Dashboard page in the section titled “Your Client Invite Url”.  You’ll notice that your client invite url looks like this:<yourusername>/signup.  This url ensures that your clients are signing up as part of your network, versus random consumers who come to the site on their own and signup at

When a client clicks on that link and signs up for free in your network, you will receive an e-mail notification with their name and e-mail address, plus they will be added to your client list in your Dashboard.  You can then keep an eye on bookmarks they are making across the internet, add your own bookmarks to their listings stream, and communicate with them through Dwellicious discussions or e-mail.

Do you have any tips?  Leave them below in the comments and we’ll expand on them in a future Pro Tips article.

Podcast with Dwellicious founders

Still not sure exactly what Dwellicious and Dwellicious Pro are all about?  Mike Price did a podcast with us last week on the Diverse Solutions Blog.  It goes into some good detail – about 20 minutes worth – and I think you’ll find it interesting.  Check it out here.

Seann Birkelund over at wrote a great post about us and Dwellicious.

Here’s an excerpt:

“ became publicly available on January 7. Since its launch, the site has received a number of accolades from the real estate community for the innovation and value-added features it makes available to home buyer, sellers, and agents. I’d like to add to the list in congratulating W&R Studios for creating an impressive new service.”

We met Seann and other team members from at the Inman Connect show in NYC last. Anyone looking for integrating school content for their site should definitely check them out.

Thanks Seann!
